High Energy Breakfast Shake


 Hi

  HIGH-ENERGY BREAKFAST SHAKE

  1 medium banana
  1/2 cup whole strawberries
  1-1/2 cup milk
  2-1/2 Tblsp almond butter
  2 Tblsp ground flaxseeds
  1-1/2 Tblsp blackstrap molasses


Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Serves 2.
