Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 8-10 small red potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


  • 1 teaspoon Salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

Directions


  1. Adjust panggangan rack to lowest position and heat panggangan to 350 degrees. Toss potatoes with oil, salt  garlic powder , onion powder and pepper. Arrange, cut side down, on a large cookie sheet .
  2. Roast until tender and golden brown, about 30 minutes (flip after15 minutes). Transfer to a serving dish.
  3. sprinkle with parmesan cheese
