Easy Shredded Chicken

I like chicken when it tastes flavorful! I hate bland chicken that is seasoned with just salt and pepper! I need a little more spice, a little more kick, and a little more bite! This recipe is just that! It is a well seasoned chicken that tastes delicious on EVERYTHING! It is my staple, throw together shredded chicken!
Make a big batch of this chicken in the Instant Pot, then save it for whatever dinner recipes call for chicken in the week! I recommend using it to make my Fresh Cobb Salad, it's the perfect salad topping!
Easy Shredded Chicken
Yields 6-8 servings
6-8 chicken breasts
1 bottle Olive Garden Italian Dressing
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
3 cloves garlic
For the Instant Pot:
Dump all ingredients into pot. Lock on lid and set the valve to seal. Cook on manual for 25 minutes. When finished, drain excess liquid and shred. Reserve a small amount of juice to pour over chicken to keep it moist.
For the Crock Pot:
Mix all ingredients together in a large crock pot. Cook on low for 5-7 hours. Remove chicken and shred with a fork. Reserve a small amount of juice to pour over chicken to keep it moist.
