I also used the Mexican blend of cheese from Costco because it is the most cost efficient option! You can use whatever flavors and toppings you like the best! Loaded Steak Nachos
Serves 8-10
1 bag or 8 cups of your favorite tortilla chip
1 pound flank or carne asada steak
4 cups shredded cheese
1 can black beans
1 can white beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup corn
1 avocado, cubed
Season the flank steak with your favorite seasoning. My favorite is Johnny's seasoning from costco. In a frying pan on medium heat, serve the steak until cooked through, then let rest for 5 minutes, before slicing it into strips.
Preheat panggangan to 400. Line a cookie sheet with tortilla chips. Add 2 cups of the shredded cheese. Sprinkle black beans, white beans, and corn over the top. Add the steak strips, and finish with more cheese. Place in panggangan for 4-5 minutes, until cheese is melty.
Remove from oven, and top with tomatoes and avocado chunks. Serve with a side of sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
