Honey Roasted Carrots & Cauliflower






One of the easiest and most delicious ways to make veggies is to throw them on a sheet pan, drizzle them with olive oil and some various seasonings, and roast away. 400 degrees will get you perfectly roasted veggies every single time. Today, I am sharing with you this enak Honey Roasted Carrots and Cauliflower recipe! These are a great springtime veggie because of the bright colors and enak flavor. Make it with me!






You can do this same method with numerous kinds of vegetables. You could roast broccoli, asparagus, sweet potatoes, onions, brussel sprouts, zucchini, squash and so much more! It is one of my favor methods of cooking and eating veggies!






Honey Roasted Carrots & Cauliflower 
Serves 4

1 bunch large carrots, peeled and sliced
1 head of cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
Salt & pepper

Preheat panggangan to 400. Prepare a baking sheet.

Prep the carrots and cauliflower. In a mixing bowl, place the carrots and cauliflower and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until everything is coated.

Spread veggies out on the baking sheet and drizzle with honey & a dash of salt and pepper

Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
