Fresh Cobb Salad

Everybody loves a Fresh Cobb Salad, right? I know I do! The beauty of making a salad at home is that you can put exactly what you like into it. A traditional cobb salad is going to have hard boiled egg, bacon, and blue cheese. A cobb salad, can have whatever you want in it! Make it with me!

I am not a fan of blue cheese. There I said it. I don't like blue cheese. So instead, I used a feta cheese in my Fresh Cobb Salad. Obviously, if you are a blue cheese fan, you can use blue cheese instead of feta. That's the beauty of making a salad at home! Make it to fit your taste buds!

A traditional cobb salad is going to have blue cheese dressing. I, as stated before, do not like blue cheese. My favorite salad dressing is believe it or not, ranch dressing. I like a good, homemade ranch dressing though. I do not like Hidden Valley Ranch. My favorite store bought ranch is the Wild Coyote Ranch. If you need a good fool proof way to get hard boiled eggs, try cooking them in your Instant Pot! Here is my recipe for Perfect Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs!

I am all about people adapting my recipes to fit their personal needs. I do not think there is one way to make a great salad, or one way to make ranch dressing. I appreciate variety in all things. That is why I am leaving this recipe a little bit up to you. You can make this Fresh Cobb Salad into your perfect salad! I will give you the basics, and what I like, and you can go from there! Deal? Deal.
